Use License: Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Guai's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Disclaimer: All materials are provided "as is". Guai makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitations: We are not liable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on Guai's Website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
How We Store Your Data
Encrypted at Rest
Your photos and metadata are encrypted using AES-256 before they ever touch our disks.
Redundant Storage
We replicate your data across three geographically distinct data centers.
Strict Access Control
No human sees your private photos; access is audited and time-bound.
Deleting Your Data
It is your data. You have the absolute right to destroy it.
How the deletion process works:

Go to Settings > Danger Zone in your profile dashboard.

Click "Delete Account" and confirm your password.

Immediate Soft Delete: your profile vanishes from the public web instantly.

Hard Wipe (30 Days): after a grace period, automated scrubbers overwrite your data.
